Outsourced management team

We move your business from manual control to a managed system

We work with owners whose business depends on them personally. We find the weak spots in cash, processes, sales and team, and fix them. We start with a 2–3 week diagnostic.

Who we are

An external management partner for the business owner

We step into the business: we do the numbers, rebuild processes and carry changes through to results together with your team.

A familiar situation

What owners come to us with

Four situations behind most of our inquiries. They often come together.

  1. You need a new business line so you don’t depend on just one

    • You want to diversify profit and reduce risk instead of relying on a single line.
    • You don’t know how to approach it: where to start and what to calculate.
    • You have no time to do it yourself: day-to-day operations take all your attention.

Where we startWe calculate the economics of the idea and build a launch plan with first steps and timelines.

  2. It’s unclear how the business really works

    • No digitization: numbers live in people’s heads and in scattered files.
    • You don’t know which lines, clients and products make money and which lose it.
    • Decisions are made by gut feeling, not data.

Where we startWe collect the numbers on cash, sales and costs and show where the business earns and where it loses.

  3. The team isn’t working the way it should

    • Everything rests on the owner; without them the business stops.
    • Headcount is bloated, or the right people are missing.
    • Constant mistakes; plans and tasks aren’t delivered.
    • The team doesn’t understand the owner’s goals: wasted effort, conflicts, quiet resistance.
    • Nobody can be held to account: areas of responsibility are blurred.

Where we startWe translate the owner’s goals into tasks for each employee and build the process logic: who is responsible for what, why it matters and how it affects the overall result.

  4. The core business is losing money

    • Money is leaving and you can’t stop it.
    • It’s unclear where exactly profit is lost, what to keep and what to wind down.
    • You need quick decisions, not a strategy for years.

Where we startWe find where the money leaks and build an anti-crisis plan: what to stop, what to keep and what to change first.

How we work

First we understand, then we change

The owner’s request often differs from the real problem. The diagnostic shows what is actually happening, and only then do we propose a scope of work.

Step 1

Diagnostic

2–3 weeks at a fixed price. We look at product, marketing and sales, team and finance, talk to people and run the numbers.

Step 2

Roadmap

A report with priorities: what to fix first, what it will deliver and how much time and money it needs.

Step 3

Implementation

We carry out the plan ourselves or with your team. Terms are agreed after the diagnostic.

The diagnostic is a result in its own right and stays with you.
You can implement on your own, with your team or together with us. You decide.

What exactly we work on

The profit triangle

Profit comes from three linked parts: product, marketing and sales. When one sags, money is lost in the others.

Product

What you sell and to whom: value proposition, range, price and margin, differences from competitors.

Marketing

How people find you and why they choose you: product marketing, brand strategy and positioning, communication channels, lead generation, cost per lead and per client, content.

Sales

How the product turns into money: sales channels and their development, the sales team, funnel and conversion by stage, CRM and work with the customer base.

The foundation of manageability

People, money and processes: what results rest on.

Team and accountability

Org structure, roles and areas of responsibility, breaking goals down into each employee’s tasks, process linkage, KPIs and motivation, hiring and workload.

Finance and management accounting

Budgeting, P&L and cash flow, payment calendar and liquidity, management accounting, unit economics and average ticket, margin by line, break-even point.

Operations and risks

Business processes, bottlenecks and losses, automation, contract base, tax and legal risks.

Cases

Result
The company kept its turnover through the new line. Now 5 trucks and 8 employees.
Team

Two co-founders with different profiles

One runs operations, team and sales; the other runs money, contracts and negotiations. Both views are on every project.

Who we work with

We’re not right for everyone, and that’s fine

We’re a good fit if

  • You are ready to change processes and accept uncomfortable numbers.
  • You have the financial resources needed to implement change.
  • You are ready to take part in the project as a partner alongside us.
  • Even if you don’t yet fully know what to do or how: during the diagnostic we will define your strategic goal together and break it down into stages of the roadmap.

We won’t take a project if

  • Data is distorted or withheld.
  • There is no readiness for change.
  • It is expected that, for the fee, specialists work 24/7.
  • Aggressive behavior or pressure on partners is tolerated.
  • The business involves exploiting or harming animals.
  • The business is unethical in its essence.
